Lux-Development headquarters are located in Luxembourg City. A small and dynamic team of about 60 employees works together to manage approximately 110 projects located throughout 18 countries in Africa, Latin America, Asia and South-East Europe.

In order to comply with the new decentralization strategy and to increase operational efficiency, six regional offices support the projects in the privileged partner countries of the Luxembourg Development Cooperation. The Agency currently employs a little under 100 experts (technical advisers) in the field.
